The Project Manager and their team is employed on your behalf to oversee the design, QS, tender and ongoing building phase to completion of your project. This means having staff on the ground, not with their feet up in the office.
Our Project Management team would be liaising daily with the contractors and designers, putting into execution the actual build, overcoming adjustments to site conditions, monitoring any variation orders, providing reporting and feedback, ensuring the master schedule is on track, overseeing quality control of materials and reviewing payment requests to ensure the claimed amount has actually been done.
In addition the Project Management team would provide snag listing, defective rectification and warranty works, as well as arrange handover documentation and system training. During the entire process we facilitate weekly meeting and issue reports on the ongoing works.
